Full Management

This comprehensive service includes the Tenant Find service and allows you to step back whilst we market your property, find suitable tenants, set up the tenancy and manage the property for you. It includes the following:

  • Advertising and marketing of the property
  • Accompanied viewings of the property
  • Arrangement of safety checks and Energy Performance Certificates where requested
  • Comprehensive referencing on all tenants and guarantors
  • Preparation and execution of assured shorthold tenancy agreement
  • Preparation of detailed written and photographic inventory and schedule
  • Management of the transfer of utility bills and council tax
  • Collection and registration of a damage deposit with the Deposit Protection Service
  • Rent collection
  • Monthly statements of rental income and expenditure
  • Quarterly property checks with written report
  • Management of all issues and emergencies generated from the property

Tenant Find Only

This convenient service allows you to relax while we market your property, find suitable tenants and set up your tenancy. The service includes the following:
