In light of current COVID19 developments, we will be attempting to offer as many services as possible throughout this period of unprecedented disruption.

In particular it is recognised that we need to remain accessible for our Landlords and Tenants, although we will also try to maintain a level of service for our Vendors and Purchasers as well.

We will try to keep our physical office open as much as possible, but we cannot rule out having to shut it either partially or completely as the situation develops.  Some of our staff could be working from home.

In order to help prevent the spread of the virus and protect vulnerable members of our community, we would ask that most parties telephone or email us rather than visit.

And definitely do not visit us or ask us to meet you, if you or someone you are in close contact with:-

• Has a fever and/or a new persistent cough;
• Has been advised to self-isolate due to the virus outbreak;
• Has travelled to a foreign country with a high incidence of Covid19 in the last 14 days.

With regard to property viewings, we will try to maintain a service for as long as possible, whilst also taking heed of Government Advice.  Please do not request viewings unless you have an urgent need.  Furthermore, please do check through our marketing information fully and telephone us with any questions BEFORE arranging any viewings, in order to help prevent unnecessary face-to-face contact.

Please note – we will be having to ask a few more questions prior to arranging any appointments, in order to ensure we are complying with Government advice.  We ask for your patience, and honest responses please.

Finally we ask that all our clients and customers take care of themselves and their loved ones – we look forward to resuming “normal service” as soon as possible!
