Whilst we are pleased that the final legal Coronavirus restrictions are being eased on Monday 19th July, we at Laceys want to keep our clients, customers and staff as safe as possible during what is a very busy housing market. 

As a consequence, we will be continuing with social distancing / cleaning measures etc in the office, and facemask wearing and hand hygiene practices in client homes, for the foreseeable future and certainly whilst case rates continue to rise locally and the initial vaccination programme is not complete.

We would ask that our clients and customers also continue to wear face-coverings and practice hand hygiene when visiting our office, and properties for sale and to let.
