"Lisa, although it is customary to not like estate agents I must admit Laceys comes from a different mould and I couldn't be happier with having your firm keeping an eye on [our property]. Thanks so much for the good, useful work you do. And do have a Happy Christmas."
"It should be us thanking you and your team for your professionalism and support over what is 10 years 11 months. During that time our aims in life have changed and the flat no longer serves our original purpose for purchase. We would have liked to have kept it on rental, partly because we have really enjoyed working with you all ... We are so glad that we chose Lacey's from the outset and you will always be highly recommended by us. We have got to know you all quite well and will miss seeing 'the team' in Yeovil.
