Landlord Fees

Laceys offer two principal levels of service for our Landlords, namely “Full Management” and “Tenant Find Only”. We detail the simple fee structure below – remember, there are no other hidden fees, and we don’t add commission onto contractor’s bills. You will, of course, need to comply with the law in respect of safety checks, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, Energy Performance Certificates etc, all of which we can arrange for you at cost if you require.
